The Three Grades Of Polypropylene Bags And Its Characteristics

Polypropylene is one of the most used polymers at present. It is used both as plastic as well as fabric because of its versatility. When the polypropylene is thinned and cut into strips, it is woven to make pp woven fabric roll. The fabric roll is finally used for making pp woven bags

It is important to note that polypropylene fabric comes in different grades. The price of fabric or bag depends on the grade of fabric. Therefore, when you are in the market to pick polypropylene bags, do check the quality of fabric. Here are a few details that will give you insight into what quality of the woven bag you are buying and its application suitability.

Polypropylene is divided into three grades, and each grade of PP fabric has its unique property. You can choose the fabric based on its application.

Homopolymer Polypropylene - This is the primary grade PP resin. This grade is more rigid and has high-level resistance to temperature. Therefore, this grade of polypropylene woven bags is used for making bags suitable for the high-heat application. Additionally, it also has a high melting point, excellent chemical resistance and scratch resistance. This grade of polypropylene bags is not recommended for freezer application as its impact resistance get lowered at low temperature.

Random Copolymer Polypropylene - This grade of polypropylene has additional ethylene. The presence of ethylene gives these grades of pp woven sacks/bags a lower level of rigidity in comparison to their counterparts. However, it has a better impact strength, softer feel, heat sealability, resistance to environmental stress, better clarity and lower melting point.

Impact Copolymer Polypropylene - This grade of polypropylene has a higher content of ethylene than random copolymer polypropylene, therefore, it is much tougher than the other two. It is suitable for all types of application from freezer to microwave. The presence of ethylene increases its impact resistance at low temperature as well.

These are three grades of polypropylene fabric that has different applications. When you need woven polypropylene sacks/bags, check all three grades and buy one that best fits your application requirement.

Know-How Is PP Bags Are Manufactured And Why It Is Best For Industrial Use

Polypropylene bags are the toughest packaging material to store dry stuff. It is not only durable but also cost-effective in both short and long go. It is widely known as the best packaging material because of its convenience for storage and transportation. In India, DNS Group is one of the pioneers of  woven bags manufacturers  and suppliers. Here is the process of manufacturing pp bags from  pp woven fabric.     First Step  - Melting the pellets of raw polypropylene ·          Second Step  - Extruding flat sheets of required strength from melted PP pellet ·          Third Step  - Cutting of sheet into thin tapes ·          Fourth Step  - Rolling the PP tapes on roll/bobbins ·          Fifth Step  - Weaving PP fabric In the weaving process, numerous tapes of PP are woven in warp and weft direction to form PP fabric, which then rolled to form  PP woven fabric roll . This fabric roll is then processed to manufacture PP bags. The other names of PP bags are pp woven sacks, pp b

Know Why Polypropylene Bags Are The Best To Store Different Animal Feeds?

Everyone who purchases stuff from the market knows the benefits and importance of packaging. A company’s produced product reaches its end users in its best condition, a safe packaging ensures this. Therefore, these days, every unit that is into product delivery has shifted its focus on packaging. Good packaging holds the same relevance in cattle food as in humans. A cattlefeed bag not only safely stores the animal’s food but also protects the nutrients present in it, so that, when cattle like a cow, buffalo eats it, they receive all the nutrients they require, fulfilling the aim of cattle feed.  Many options are present for storing cattle feed. Out of them, the most popular feed bags are polypropylene animal feed bags . Thus, you could see in the market cow feed bag, pigeon feed bags, hen feed bags, buffalo feed bags all made from polypropylene material.  The other reason for its popularity is animal feed bag supplier’s preference for polypropylene feed bags over other options. Top Features Of Polypropylene Flour Packaging Bags

Polypropylene is a material used for making different types of bags. The flour packaging bags are also made from polypropylene material, and it has made a significant difference in the packaging industry.  Some of the features of polypropylene bag that make it one of the best alternatives for food grain bags are: 1. The fabric is used for making wheat packaging bags , flours packaging bags, and other bags because it has a good resistance against moisture. Flour remains dry in the moisture-free atmosphere, therefore, it is best to keep it in moisture-resistant bags. 2. Flour requires packaging in tear resistance bags because a small cut in the bag could spoil the whole packaging. Polypropylene bags have a good resistance against wear and tear. This makes transportation of bags from one place to another easier and faster.  3. The polypropylene bags are easy to carry. Both sacks and bags are easy to lift which is a favorable property for transportation. The grain bags like rice, wheat,
